Let me be perfectly clear, I’m not a morning person. Very few things make me happy about getting up very early in the morning! However, I can tell you two things that actually do make me super happy about a 4:30am start and that’s a Bristol engagement photography shoot and coffee. This particular morning involved both of those things so I was rather excited, (apparently so excited I ended up with the worlds slowest speeding ticket!) especially as it meant I finally got to meet Sarah & Aaron in person. We had planned to meet at 6am at the M Shed in Bristol so we could get the most out of the soft morning light, it also meant we got to take advantage of the numerous places we could take some shots, turns out it’s a pretty rad place for an engagement photography session! It also meant we could get everyone use to having a camera pointed in their direction. Sarah had already given me a heads up that Aaron wasn’t especially keen on being in front of the camera, as it turned out you would never have guessed and we got some pretty awesome photos! It did help that Sarah was super smiley which is certainly the best way round!

You were super awesome guys and I can’t wait to shoot capture your wedding photography at the awesome Coombe Lodge Hotel in Bristol, keep your eyes peeled on the blog when that one lands soon!

If you haven’t read it already you should definitely take a look at my other blog post about how an engagement photography session can be really helpful when it comes to meeting your wedding photographer and making sure it’s the right fit for you!
